We have just received the ashes back via our veterinary practice for our beloved dog Tyke. I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful presentation box, the condolence card and the poems. Not having been in this position before we did not know what to expect, but the compassion and care you clearly have shown to our dog shines through in the manner in which you have returned him to us. Thank you so much – you have made what has been a sad and difficult parting just a little bit easier.
