We had Rudi for 17 years and she was a most beloved member of our family. We knew that the circle of her wee life was almost complete and while we are truly heartbroken , the end of life care given by Vets4Pets Sprucefield and yourselves made this most difficult time a lot easier. As I have never gone through this before I did not know what to expect, but I can say with my hand on heart your service was 100% professional, personal and caring. Also the presentation of her ashes was beautiful.
