I lost my gorgeous cat, The Oog ( Balloo) last week. I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of him and your very kind card. He has just been laid to rest in his favourite spot in the garden, with the sun shinning down on him. He was so special to us, and so it was right that he was treated so well by you at the end. Thank you for being so understanding and for providing such an important, valuable service to pet owners.
