I just wanted to convey my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you. Nothing could have prepared me for the horror and heartache of losing my horse, my best friend “Donny”. The calm, quiet and efficient way in which you answered our calls, the dignity which you afforded Donny as you took her away and the kindness and sympathy which you showed to both myself and my dad all meant so much to us and did not go unnoticed.
The obvious work that went into the beautiful chest in which you returned her remains to us will serve as a reminder for years to come, not only of her but of the “fitting farewell” which you afforded her.
