Just wanted to say a massive thank you for looking after our precious boy Travis. From when we first emailed you to discuss cremation to collecting his ashes you were just so caring and compassionate. So genuine in what you do. Thank you. We scattered his ashes yesterday on west strand. Lovely to have his paw print in clay to keep forever.
