I just want to say a massive thank you. I received my dog Dougal ashes today which I was dreading because I forgot to ask for a pawprint so was very upset with myself. But what you done for Dougal and the gorgeous stone with his pawprint in it was amazing. I cried happy tears as well as sad. Thank you so so much for looking after my fur baby.
