Dear Denver & Lynsey,
I just wanted to send you both a message of sincere and warm thanks for your care of Sammy on his final journey.
His ashes arrived back on Friday and I was so delighted with the casket and to see his name on the lovely brass plate with his tail. It was such a harrowing time, coming to that decision with the vets; and I have to say from the moment I called you both, I felt at ease – that although I had to take the awful step of letting him go, at least I could have a lovely ending for him and something back to me also, to ease the pain of loosing him so soon after I got him. And the fact you both understand so well what it is like!
Thank you also Denver for your kindness on the Friday, because Anne and Alice also said how they felt comforted being able to have tea and a chat with you and how you were so kind to Sammy getting him ready.
I will certainly highly recommend Glenvine to everyone I know, because you have brought me great peace of mind with how professional you are, and made a terrible loss that much easier to bear. And Sammy looks ever so handsome still in his lovely casket! He would have loved it!
