I am sorry this has taken me this long to write to thank you so much for bringing Blossom back for me from Dublin. After i had lost her my next fear was that she would just be disposed of down there. Even though i felt very comfortable with the service you were providing, you completely “blew me away” with everything you did. Blossom was very special to me and it was so heart warming to see the dignity you afforded her on her very last journey. Her lovely casket now has pride of place – when it’s closed no-one knows she’s there- but when i open it, she’s still with me, especially when i can touch her lovely silver shoe and lock of her tail. So i thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for keeping us together.
