My name is Niamh. I was one of Max’s family members and he was cremated on the 27th of August. We got him back on Thursday last week via the Downe Vet. I just wanted to drop you a message to say thank you for everything. His little urn with his name and all engraved was such a lovely gesture and as a family we are all so grateful for what you do. I can’t imagine doing a job like yours, and think you are all amazing and doing a really difficult, yet caring job. Max meant a lot to us, and we’re just grateful to anyone who made his final moments just that little bit special even down to his cremation. So thank you again
