Just wanted to say thank you for the dignified way in which our baby girl Venus came home to us, 16 wonderful years we spent with her and for her life even in death to be treated with love and respect as a family member meant a lot to us. The beautiful scatter case and her little paw print has help us find some closure, plus the beautiful little poems and sympathy card meant the world to me. Thank you so much for the wonderful service which you provided. xx
