I just wanted to say I collected Samson’s ashes from Ballymena Pet Vet yesterday. He was the first dog I’d had from a puppy right through, so this was my first experience of pet cremation, and wasn’t sure what to expect. I just wanted to say the wee scatter tube he is in is really beautiful and the wee poems were a lovely touch. He was the best wee dog and he’s missed so much. Thanks for everything you do…I’m sure its not an easy job.

Thank you so much Lynsey for everything you did for Lily. I couldn’t have asked you to do anymore for her. So glad to have her back home with me with her pawprint, & nose print, some of her ashes put into a separate casket so I can get them put into a ring, and her beautiful casket which I can put a photo of her into. I will be recommending you to everyone I know with a pet for when the time comes to use your facilities as it is 5*. So much comfort from your services.

I just received my whippet Freddie’s ashes today. You have no idea the emotions that getting him home again brought. The lovely card from yourselves was so thoughtful and caring. I have 3 autistic children and the sadness that Freddie’s sudden passing brought was horrendous. Thankfully one of the children said they wanted his ashes, so that’s what we did. Thank you so much for the thoughtful touches you sent along with Freddie. It will make a sad time much easier.

To all at Glenvine, Thank you so much for helping us at this sad time. Bella was a much loved pet. It is hard to come to terms that she is no longer with us. The house is far too quiet. She now has her own wee resting place on a shelf in her favourite room in the house. Thank you sincerely.

I can’t thank Robert at Glenvine enough for making this heart breaking time easier. The respectful way I was able to lay her on a little rest bed in a very peaceful room made such a difference. Being able to collect wee Cookie the very next day , I can’t put into words what it meant to me. Losing my little friend of 13years was made easier by the understanding and respect shown by Robert, and being able to bring her home so quickly just meant so much. I am so grateful.
