Hello. We just wanted to send a message of thanks for the way you handled our family dog Jack of 15 years. Sadly we had to get him put to sleep last Monday 27th May at Cornerstone Vets in east Belfast and they obviously deal with you with regards to the cremation process. We were able to pick Jack up there on Friday afternoon and as sad as it was picking his ashes up, yous clearly had done a great job and that made it that wee bit easier. So thanks again for your help.
