I Just received my beloved pet’s. [ Megan ] remains from Clare Vets and just wanted you to know how much your presentation eases the distress of such a sad occasion. The box her ashes are in is absolutely beautiful, and the little poems you included were very moving. I know you are providing a service, but thank-you for doing it with such compassion. You obviously love animals yourselves and treat them with dignity.
