My brother’s beautiful German Shepard Jack was put to sleep on Wednesday. We phoned on Tuesday to organise for Jack to be collected at home. Robert arrived on time which helped with the pain- he was very professional and respectful when collecting Jack, Denver was great at keeping us updated as to when Jacks ashes could be returned. Denver arrived tonight with Jack’s ashes and paw print and 2 beautiful poems. Glenvine have done an amazing job at getting Jack home as soon as you did. Hopefully my brother’s pain will ease a little that Jack is home again. Many thanks you do an amazing service.
