I wanted to say a personal thank you for returning our beautiful Poppy and for the lovely paw prints you did at our request. It meant the world to my little girl who has taken them to bed since we got Poppy back. The box she was returned in……WOW …it took my breath away. It’s stunning. I will never be able to thank you enough for your words and fabulous work.
