I had my pet’s ashes returned to me from yourselves yesterday and I wish to Thank-you as the box she was returned in was beautiful and we are really happy to have her back home with us all.
There was just one question i wished to ask. Has my Ellie been cremated separately? I never thought to ask at the time as I was upset.
