I just wanted to say how lovely you handled the cremation of our pet dog Monty. I was unsure of collecting him yesterday but his wee casket is beautiful. I didn’t feel happy collecting him and putting him in a bag but when I got to the Vets he was waiting in this lovely gift bag with the details of his cremation and two of the most perfectly worded poems I have ever read. They brought tears to my eyes but happy tears. I appreciate it all . Thank you so very much.
