We cannot thank you enough for your understanding comfort and professionalism with the loss of our much loved dog “Pepper” at the age of 11. It has been a time of immense sorrow as pepper was our world and we are broken hearted. When we arrived at Glenvine we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye to pepper in the bereavement room and she was treated with dignity and utmost respect. We received Peppers ashes very quickly and we now have some peace that she is home with us. We have placed her beside “Bobby” our cat whom we brought to you 5 years ago at the age of 19. The picture frame/casket is so beautiful and the paw print and lock of fur is such a treasure to have. All of which were so beautifully presented with a poem that was incredibly touching. Pepper came into our lives and left paw prints on our hearts!
