To Denver & Robert,
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Denver & Robert for the professional, sympathetic and understanding way in which you dealt with both myself and my Mum upon the death of both our dogs. When we arrived at Glenvine we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye and Denver helped us to decide on the caskets. From the first time I spoke to Denver on the phone to receiving the remains we were treated with kindness and it was a comfort to know both dogs would be treated with care and dignity.
Two very sad times were made much easier to deal with by your compassionate and respectful manner. I cannot recommend Glenvine highly enough for such a personal service.
