I just wanted to say Thank-you to you for treating my cat Frodo with such dignity and respect.
Frodo was with us for 11 years and she was our baby girl. I loved her so much and my husband and little boy are also devastated at her sudden death. Frodo lived indoors with us for all of her life and to be without her is so very difficult. Your kindness in coming up to collect her from companion care vets Lisburn and getting her back to us in such quick time is very much appreciated. The wooden box is lovely and very fitting for our beautiful girl. Thank you for making a very painful experience as respectful and dignified as possible. Frodo is back beside me again where she will remain.
