I picked up Murphy Haughey’s remains today. I was so touched by the presentation and obvious care and respect that were given to his remains. It was such a tough decision to let Murphy go but I know that we did the right thing in having him cremated. I really appreciate the sympathy card and prayer cards included, they meant a lot and gave great comfort. The casket that was used was beautiful and very tasteful and I loved that it had his name engraved on it. Thank you so much for an excellent service at such a difficult time of our lives.

Collected Tizer's ashes and a great paw print from the vets yesterday. Thanks for the card, kind words and poems that were enclosed also. Helped me feel a bit better reading them. Thanks again.

We would just like to say a huge thank you for the way you returned our beloved boxer Kesha to us. We had the very difficult decision to make of letting her go and the prayer cards you sent were a huge comfort to us. The presentation of the ash casket was very respectful and it made the final part of our farewell more comforting and the scattering of her ashes more bearable.

Sadly we had to get our wee Rudi put down last Saturday. I had contacted Lynsey about getting a paw print organised for a keepsake for my mum and she was more than helpful. We received it today along with ashes and it’s just lovely.... got us emotional seeing his wee paw print again. Thank you x

I collected McGintys ashes from my dad today and I just wanted to say thank you so much. Putting him to sleep was the hardest decision, but as soon as you said to me at the yard that you would look after him, I knew that he was in good hands. He was an absolute superstar and my horse of a lifetime, and to know that he was treated with respect through everything meant so much to me. His box is absolutely beautiful and I will treasure it forever.

Today I picked up my Cindy girl ashes. Almost 14 years old. Loved and missed so much. Now I have this beautiful box with her name engraved. Thank you so much for the beautiful poems and card really has helped a lot. Glad to have my girl home by my side.
