To Denver and Lynsey Thank you both so very much for the kind, caring and compassionate manner in which you dealt with my request to have Spirit cremated. Thank you also to Denver for the dignified manner in which you treated Spirit when i brought her to Glenvine Yesterday. Spirit was my world and my inspiration to help many other pound dogs just like her- she was very special and it has brought me much comfort knowing i will have her remains back with me today. Thank you so much for taking good care of Spirit on her final journey.

Hi Denver and Lynsey I just wanted to say thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness that you showed with our beautiful dogs Gyp and Molly. They were much loved and it has been a very upsetting time but you have eased that pain with your empathy. We really appreciate how quickly their ashes were returned to us and we�ve already put them with a beautiful Japanese maple tree. Many thanks again.

Hi Denver, I thought i would do the belt and braces bit and send a line to say that “Mucci’s” casket arrived here safely on friday evening and was collected by Agnieszka today. She honoured me by opening it here so i could see inside and i have to say it is beautifully and sensitively done. She was deeply moved – as we all were – and just want to say a huge thank you to you for going the “extra mile” in every sense. My sister -in-law will have made the link from our website to yours by now, and if you ever need to reassure someone of your service, just put them onto me!

Dear Denver, I am sorry this has taken me this long to write to thank you so much for bringing Blossom back for me from Dublin. After i had lost her my next fear was that she would just be disposed of down there. Even though i felt very comfortable with the service you were providing, you completely “blew me away” with everything you did. Blossom was very special to me and it was so heart warming to see the dignity you afforded her on her very last journey. Her lovely casket now has pride of place – when it’s closed no-one knows she’s there- but when i open it, she’s still with me, especially when i can touch her lovely silver shoe and lock of her tail. So i thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for keeping us together.

To Denver & Lynsey, Nothing can put into words the shock and devastation we are dealing with in losing my best friend Cora….she was just taken away from us so quickly, in such an awful way, but i really would like to thank you both for the genuinely caring, understanding and dignified way in which you dealt with us, the beautiful casket. It meant so much to us both that Cora was home safe with us so quickly . I can’t thank you both enough! Best wishes for the future.

Hi Denver, Thanks again for coming down to collect my horse fairy. You offer a really professional service and you were great to deal with. I was so pleased i was able to have her cremated. To Denver and Lynsey I am writing to you to thank you both very much for looking after Bingo, our beloved dog for 16 1/2 years, we are very pleased with the casket and the way you engraved his brass name plate with his names and the date he passed away. It’s great that you can provide this service, as we don’t have the means to bury Bingo and with individual cremation we were able to bring him home. He is now running through heavens long grass free from all pain. Thank you both again.
