Thanks guys for all your support these last few months with numerous calls to yourselves & poor Robert's ear getting bent everytime he comes into work for collections!! Kiera was my first horse & had been my best friend since I was 12 years old. Missing her so much already. The way that she was taken care of by yourselves was second to none, with pure dignity & respect. The way she was returned was outstanding. Beautiful casket and fantastic attention to detail. She will be scattered along our favourite forest trekk & I will always have her "chest" to fill with keepsakes etc..

Just a wee note to say thanks for the kind and sensitive manner in which you all dealt with my cat Moo Moo. His prompt return was also much appreciated and has helped me with his untimely loss of a lovely pet.

I would just like to say thank you very much for the safe return of Jasper. The sleeping cat is lovely and just reminds us of Jasper when he was sleeping on the chair in our livingroom were he loved to spend his evenings. We also loved the pets prayer and take comfort in having Jasper back with us again.

Glenvine, I have just received kirwan back from you and I just wanted to say how much it means to have have him home again. I still can’t believe my wee angel is gone but knowing he is with me in sorts brings some comfort. Thankyou for looking after him so well.

Dear Denver, A warm thank you for helping us through a difficult day when our darling Milo passed away on the 28th February. We remember your kindness and have recommended you to fellow pet owners. Wishing you success for the future.

Glenvine, I would just like to say thankyou for the safe return of my big friend Clyde who sadly passed away on July 11th, I received the casket and was very happy with it, I also loved the pets prayer that was included with him, he will take pride of place in my living room were he loved to spend his evenings snoring and lying upside down. Dear Denver & Lynsey, I just wanted to send you both a message of sincere and warm thanks for your care of Sammy on his final journey. His ashes arrived back on Friday and I was so delighted with the casket and to see his name on the lovely brass plate with his tail. It was such a harrowing time, coming to that decision with the vets; and I have to say from the moment I called you both, I felt at ease – that although I had to take the awful step of letting him go, at least I could have a lovely ending for him and something back to me also, to ease the pain of loosing him so soon after I got him. And the fact you both understand so well what it is like! Thank you also Denver for your kindness on the Friday, because Anne and Alice also said how they felt comforted being able to have tea and a chat with you and how you were so kind to Sammy getting him ready. I will certainly highly recommend Glenvine to everyone I know, because you have brought me great peace of mind with how professional you are, and made a terrible loss that much easier to bear. And Sammy looks ever so handsome still in his lovely casket! He would have loved it! Best wishes,
