Words can not express our eternal gratitude for the way you helped us come to terms with losing our beloved gentle giant "Rock". Your collection of him was caring & dignified and we felt an instant relief, as we watched you drive away that someone was caring for him we could do no more. We have taken such comfort from getting Rock back home to us, knowing that now we will always have him with us. The casket is simply stunning and your attention to detail with the poem, tail hair and card left us speechless. We wish you many years of success to come, as the service you are providing is fantastic, we are so so glad to have found you.

Thank you for the care in which you treated Harley. The service and kindness you provide is much appreciated and the presentation of Harley is beautiful, I could not have asked for more.

Thank you so much for the care and understanding you showed to Mark and I when we sadly lost Molly. It meant so much to us knowing she was in your kind hands. This really made a very difficult time a little easier. The sleeping cat casket is the perfect way to still have Molly with us.

I just want to thank you for the dignified manner you sent our wee Zak back to us. The wee poem etc meant a lot as we was so dear to us.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for looking after my beautiful girl so well and treating her with dignity and respect. Lynsey, thank you for your kind words of reassurance. I know you understood exactly how I was feeling and appreciate your compassion. You all do a fantastic job and make a painful situation that little bit easier.

I would like to say a huge thank you for all of your help with our beloved Alfie. We are absolutely devastated and miss him everyday, but your help and personal touches have made the process much easier.
