I Would like to say a huge thank you to both of you for looking after my beloved horse Lady when she passed away. The way you treated her with dignity and the personal touches of your service has been a big comfort to me at this difficult time. Thank you for the beautiful casket in which her ashes were given and the personal touch of her lock of mane.

I just wanted to say thank you again for taking such good care of Jo-Jo, and how impressed I am with his chest/casket, the quality is amazing, and it is lovely to have a lock of his hair inside. You and Denver do a brilliant job, and it was always a worry to me when Laura got her first horse 11 years ago what would happen to them when it was time to let them go. It is great to know you and Denver have filled that void and have given our large 4 legged friends the dignity they deserve.

We would like to express our appreciation for the kind and professional manner in which you took care of our friend Lucky.

Thank you for your kindness and sympathy following the death of our wee dog Henry. It was lovely to be treated so sympathetically at such a sad time for our family.

I would just like to thank you so much for the way you presented our Mr Tipsy back to us...to Gortlands Vets.. I dreaded picking up his ashes but I was delighted with how he came back to us...he was a very handsome black & white collie. Thank you for offering such a great service as we are so grateful to have him home.

I can't thank you enough for your comfort, support and understanding during this past week in our time of immense sorrow at the loss of our beloved 14 year old dog Bimbo. She meant the world to us. Without a doubt I knew you understood our loss. Bringing her home today from you give us some peace. The beautiful wicker pillow was very fitting and the pet prayer absolutely broke my heart but give me emotional relief. Thank you, you've helped us say farewell to Bimbo with the love we hold for her forever.

I just wanted to say how much we appreciated everything that you and Lynsey have done for Soda and for us. We still miss him terribly but having his ashes so beautifully presented at home with us is a great comfort. You provide an excellent service and helped make our grief a bit more tolerable.

Words can not express our eternal gratitude for the way you helped us come to terms with losing our beloved gentle giant "Rock". Your collection of him was caring & dignified and we felt an instant relief, as we watched you drive away that someone was caring for him we could do no more. We have taken such comfort from getting Rock back home to us, knowing that now we will always have him with us. The casket is simply stunning and your attention to detail with the poem, tail hair and card left us speechless. We wish you many years of success to come, as the service you are providing is fantastic, we are so so glad to have found you.

Thank you for the care in which you treated Harley. The service and kindness you provide is much appreciated and the presentation of Harley is beautiful, I could not have asked for more.
