To Denver and Lynsey I am writing to you to thank you both very much for looking after Bingo, our beloved dog for 16 1/2 years, we are very pleased with the casket and the way you engraved his brass name plate with his names and the date he passed away. It’s great that you can provide this service, as we don’t have the means to bury Bingo and with individual cremation we were able to bring him home. He is now running through heavens long grass free from all pain. Thank you both again.

Handling Sophie�s wee body over to you, leaving her in your wee room knowing that she was looked after and treated with respect. What that meant to me, I cannot put into a short phrase. She was a special wee woman, so full of life, ruling the roost, up until two days before she passed away in my arms at home. There will never be another wee Pomeranian like her. However, the way in which you took care of him was much appreciated. Marvin loved the beach and some of his remains have been scattered on the beach in Sligo where he spent almost 16 yrs. The whole process was very hard for me as Emma was my first horse and I had her from when I was 17 � my parents were never horsey and I had to wait to buy my own horse � so she was very very special and I had her for such a long time (25yrs) Denver you made this horrible experience so much easier for me to handle from the way in which you answered my initial call to the manner in which you collected the body and finally the very quick time you got the ashes back to me in a beautifully made up casket. Words cannot express how much I appreciate not only your professionalism throughout but probably what meant so much was the empathy that was genuinely heartfelt from yourself.
