Dear Denver & Lynsey, I just wanted to send you both a message of sincere and warm thanks for your care of Sammy on his final journey. His ashes arrived back on Friday and I was so delighted with the casket and to see his name on the lovely brass plate with his tail. It was such a harrowing time, coming to that decision with the vets; and I have to say from the moment I called you both, I felt at ease – that although I had to take the awful step of letting him go, at least I could have a lovely ending for him and something back to me also, to ease the pain of loosing him so soon after I got him. And the fact you both understand so well what it is like! Thank you also Denver for your kindness on the Friday, because Anne and Alice also said how they felt comforted being able to have tea and a chat with you and how you were so kind to Sammy getting him ready. I will certainly highly recommend Glenvine to everyone I know, because you have brought me great peace of mind with how professional you are, and made a terrible loss that much easier to bear. And Sammy looks ever so handsome still in his lovely casket! He would have loved it! Best wishes,

Hello We just want to send you a message of thanks for your help and kindness. We got our wee Allymar’s ashes back yesterday via Fenaghy vets. The way you had them presented for collection was lovely and made it a little easier getting them back. The sleeping cat brings a little comfort to us after her loss. Thanks again for your help and kindness.

To Glenvine Just collected our Alfie from castle vets, thank you so much for taking care of him, we love the pets prayer that you sent with him very touching 🙂 it’s good to know he was so well looked after only the best for my old boy x

Glenvine, Just a wee message of thanks, we got our beloved Jaws home today. Thank you so much for the way she was delivered back to us, we have never had this done before, so none of us knew what to expect. She was presented lovely.

Denver, I would like to thank you for making the loss of Bailie as comforting and helpful as possible. Being able to say goodbye to Bailie was made much easier due to your wee bereavement room. I will certainly be recommending your service to all of my family and friends. I canot thank you enough.

Hi Denver, I just wanted to drop you a message to say thank you for looking after our wee poodle Dylan. He was very dear to us and his died very suddenly. Thanks for making a terrible situation a little more bearable by helping us honour our wee fuzzy friend.

Hi Lynsey, I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the care and dedication you showed our little Betsey. The service you offer is truly unique and everything was handled so quickly at a time when we needed everything to be resolved quickly to help the healing process. Obviously our house is not the same without her, but having the little sleeping cat makes it feel a little better knowing she is still with us. Thank you again.
